Excellent laundry facilities, very clean and well maintained machined. Resonably priced as well. The dry cleaner is on site and provides great service too.

Love this is a coin operated Laundromat. Love how clean it is and how many washer and dryers are available. Also appreciate that there are employees on site.

My go to place when I need to do my laundry. It’s always so clean and never have any issues while I’m there. So many machines and affordable too. They have everything you need there.

Very well taken care of and all around care. I will still go here but probably bring my own sprays and disinfect.
Found a flea(of course dead) as folding and kinda grossed me out.

Always so clean and well maintained. I appreciate the variety of machines.....up to 75lb loads . for doing King sized bedding. So great.

Been taking my king comforters here for many years. Nice clean place, and friendly people. Love the bigger washers they wash my comforters. Haul a couple there twice a year. Nice they have a snack machine and drinks and play things for the kids. I always come here from Richland.

Cleanest Laundromat in the Tri-Cities!!! They have 65 lb washing machines for huge loads! Free WI-FI, soft water and quick dryers. Their prices can’t be beat. The next door cleaners is also first class! The cleaners tailor is the best in the area hands down! Highly recommend.

For the small load machine, it costs $2.25 & to dry its $0.25 for 10mins. Its always very clean inside, i go in the evening when its less crowded. Its in a good location, when im waiting i go accross the street to the strip mall of stores, just have to time it right.

Took 3 different visits but I finally got a super large washer for my king sized quilt. It's a very clean place, though I sat in my car because of the quarantine.

This is Kennewick, Washington cleanest laundromat. Friendly, courteous staff. This laundromat is always well maintained with a clean environment. Ten stars.

Clean and affordable!

I go here for my blankets cause of their big machines! Might be pricey but you get what you pay for clean laundry. The place itself is kept clean all around. You got tv's to watch and games for you or the kids AND dry cleaning service which I haven't tried.

It is expensive to wash here ($3.75). But the dryers are not like the ones in my apartment building. The dryer's in my apartment building will cost me about $4 because I would have to start them over and over again. At tri-city laundromat it was a $1 and load was completely dry.

Not too bad. The dryer's took a bit longer than I expected. But they have a ton of machines and wheeled baskets. So that's very nice.

This is my go-to place when I have blankets or sleeping bags to wash and dry. I had to go there the other day because my dryer was acting up and I had to dry some everyday clothes. Lots of washers and dryers. They employ great janitor that's on top of keeping the place clean.

They continue to have clean working washers and dryers. Plenty of baskets to go around. Play area and rest rooms make doing laundry easier.

I needed a front loading washer for blankets and sleeping bags we took camping. Location is easy to get to, there are plenty of machines of different capacities in great condition, and there are baskets to move loads from the washers to the dryers. As expected there are change machines that take up to $20 bills, plus vending machines, some video games, TVs and benches to pass the time while waiting. Would definitely go again if needed.

Dry cleaning is a reasonable price to me with decent turnaround. Dropped off suit and dress shirt and will cost less than $20, and be ready in two days. Just be aware the dry cleaner section of the shop closes at 7pm, not 9pm.

I always take my dry cleaning here for years. My son used to have his work clothes dry cleaned here. They always do a good job at reasonable prices. Customer service is excellent. Employees are nice. Small parking lot, but you're in and out quickly. They volunteer for Costs for Kids in the Winter. So involved in our community. I would recommend for all your dry cleaning.

Staff is awesome, I've been using this cleaner now for four years. I have no complaints.

Recently I have been going to laundry mats and Tri-City Cleaners is the cleanest best kept machines in Kennewick. I do recommend them to friends and family.

It take long but good to go

Very clean, fast and almost never packed with people. They have tvs and even a small play area for kids. Lots of places to sit along with multiple newspapers and magazines. The washers come in a range of sizes so you can do even your biggest blankets here. Love it here.

My large comforter gets a good clean here. Save money from taking it to the cleaners. The mart is always very busy. Always an empty machine for me. Never ran out of machine.

Great place to get your clothes dry cleaned or hemmed. I've been there twice to get my dresses hemmed for homecoming and prom and they always do an amazing job and get it done in time! Super nice employees and great customer service

Great place, been here a few times. Wish it was 24hrs. Also wish that they had more large load dryers! Other than that, it's always clean, has A/C, and TVs (but ya can't hear the volume-)

I only do dry cleaning (bot laundromat) but I really like their customer service. They are reasonably priced and they saved my favorite jeans by patching a few holes in them. I highly recommend them!

I appreciate and have great respect for the owners of this establishment. They hire conscientious workers who do an amazing job keeping this laundromat clean. You can always tell how good the owners are by the help that they hire. Their workers are honest. I left my towels on accident and I came back a few days later and they had them folded and put in the back room in case I returned. Thank you guys!!! They are friendly and welcoming and they are good with people, even the difficult ones. This is the best laundromat that I have ever been to in my 49 years. Love the huge washers and the fact that there are more than two or three of them. Great Job to the owners!!! Don't stop what your doing, you are appreciated by the citizens of Kennewick.

First impressions are big. My first time walking into this business I was greeted and assisted promptly. All the workers were exceptionally polite and knowledgeable. Very clean store as well.

Shirts are laundered incredibly well. Very affordable and the service is great. Have had to use the laundromat as well while our dryer was being fixed and it's clean and easy to use. Not the closest dry cleaners to me but will go out of my way for the quality of service, care and price.

I love that I can drive thru to pick up & drop off our clothes. When my son is sleeping, its a pain to take him in & out of the truck. Tri City cleaners does a great job & is reasonably priced.

Cheap. Fast. Shirts come back well laundered and nicely pressed. This is my go to for dress shirt cleaning; can't speak to suits or alterations... Yet. Easy to deal with and I like that they don't individually tag each item; a pain to remove tags each time... Kudos.

I reluctantly started bringing in my kimonos. I was so nervous at first because I have only vintage and they're silk. But to my wondrous amazement, they came back amazing. I was so happy.

Next my yukatas needed repairs. They did a great job with that. And I needed a leather jackets' sleeves taken up. Too long for my tiny arms. I was once again happily shown their skill I'm their work.

When it comes to using their machines for laundering my own clothing, I would say the machines are very well kept. As long as you're happy with the way that you do laundry, you should be happy with they way your clothes come out here. Just don't leave them too long in the dryers
